Consent, pricing and ordering squared away. Slab, drainage and power runs planned, and firm start and finish dates agreed before we break ground.
4Build
One ICENIC team from slab to lock-up — high-performance walls, thermally broken glazing and insulation done properly, with regular updates as it goes.
5Handover
Roof on, interior finished, planting settled in. We walk you through everything, hand over the keys and stay on call after you move in.
