Build with us

We're a Queenstown building company with a fixation on the details other builders skip. If you work the same way, we'd like to hear from you — whether or not one of the roles below is a match.

Open roles

Queenstown Lakes and the wider Wakatipu.

The roles in detail

All roles are based in Queenstown and work across the Wakatipu. If none of these is quite you but you think you'd fit, send us a note anyway.

Project Manager

Own a build from pre-start through to handover — programme, subcontractors, procurement, client communication and site quality. You'll run the job day to day and be the person the client and the team both come to.

Suited to someone with residential construction management experience in New Zealand, comfortable with high-spec architectural work and with reading a set of plans properly.

Project Administrator

Keep the paperwork behind the build moving — purchase orders, variations, subcontractor documentation, consent paperwork and project filing. You'll work closely with the project managers and keep the office and site in step.

Suited to someone organised and unflappable, with strong written communication. Construction admin experience is useful but not essential.

Assistant Superintendent

Support the site lead on day-to-day running of the build — coordinating trades, checking work against the drawings, running site health and safety, and keeping the programme honest.

Suited to someone with on-site experience looking to step up into site leadership. A trade background and a good eye for finish quality matter more here than years served.

Apply for this role

Estimating Engineer

Price the work — take-offs, subcontractor and supplier pricing, and building up estimates that hold together once the job starts. You'll work alongside the directors on how we quote and where the risk sits.

Suited to someone with quantity surveying or estimating experience in residential construction, and the judgement to know when a number looks wrong.

Apply for this role

Carpenter Team Lead

Run a carpentry crew on site — setting out, framing through to finishing, and holding the standard on the details that show. You'll mentor apprentices and be accountable for the quality your team puts in.

Suited to a qualified carpenter, ideally an LBP, who takes finish work seriously and can lead a crew without losing the tools.
